Introduction. Rhenium-188 has found wide application in nuclear medicine for the treatment of metastatic lesions skeletal system and joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis synovitis. Also, 188 Re-radiopharmaceuticals are being developed palliative hepatocellular carcinoma others.
